I want to thank Team America Fitness for all the help they have given me over the past three years. Before I started training I was in constant pain as I have had tumors on my spine as well as arthritis of the spine most of my life. I could not go a full night at work without being in severe pain.

Now with all the knowledge and excellent training I have had I am now in the best shape of my life at the age of 44 and I am now virtually pain free. Being a registered nurse and working in the emergency room I am constantly lifting awkward, heavy weight and with my new found core and overall strength I can do almost everything that is put in front of me. Thank you again Team America Fitness for getting me in the best shape of my life!
