My name is Freddy Babayan and I have been training with Team America Fitness since 2005. When I started, I was 225 pounds and had 22% body fat. I lost over 40 pounds and 17% body fat. I am proud to say that I have been able to maintain the same body fat since I reached its lowest level.

Getting into the best physical shape of my life is just one of the many benefits I have experienced since my transformation. I now have the confidence to reach goals I never thought were attainable. Healthy mind, body and spirit are my foundational tools that are necessary for achieving happiness through health. Since my transformation, I have been able to see more clearly than before which has allowed me to become a better father, husband, and friend. My career has never been better as there is a new found confidence I have that has opened doors that were previously shut. So much confidence in fact that I finally went back to college after 10 years and completed my degree, with honors.

It is a wonderful feeling hearing people compliment you on how you look, but that is minor as to how wonderful it feels knowing that you have the ability to take on any challenge that may come your way. This is what happiness really is.
