BALANCE :
KNEEL ON SWISS BALL
Purpose
- To enhance overall balance and neuromuscular efficiency of the body systems.
Instruction
- Place ball in front of you.
- Begin holding onto a nearby stationary item such as a rail or the side of a machine.
- Place hands on the front of the ball and proceed to kneel on the ball.
- Once on the ball find your balance and then raise your body up until you have achieved full balance.
- Keep legs a little apart and make sure your feet are bracing you on the ball behind you.
Workout Tip
- Once you have achieved full balance begin to challenge yourself by moving the ball around in all directions.
- This is what we call " Rodeo Ball".
- Try to stay on as long as possible.
