I contacted Team America Fitness when I wanted to start training to get into shape. Their professional and knowledgeable staff were supportive and extremely encouraging. Through perseverance they kept me motivated to obtain my goal, this was a very hard emotional time in my life and this body transformation couldn't have come at a better time.

With the help from Team America Fitness I am now in the best shape of my life at 50 years old! My weight is the same as I when I was 20 years old and I have my six pack back again after all those years! Thank you Team America Fitness for giving me a new lease on life!!
