Speed and Agility training is for the athlete to push their athletic abilities to the next level. This type of training focuses on making the athlete faster, quicker and more agile. Some may think these are the same thing, but they are not. Agility works on how an athlete moves side to side (lateral movement) and quickness works on how fast an athlete can move their feet.
